Refund Policy

(1) Unconditonal Refund. You may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase for monthly products.

(2) In no event will you be eligible for more than one refund for the same product.

(3) A product must be canceled before we can issue a refund.

(4) After 48 hours and up to 30 days of initial service start day, all refund requests must include the reason you are asking for a refund.

(5) All products & services are available for refund under this standard terms. Maximum amount for refund does not exceed the amount we have received.

(6) In the event of discontinued service due to hardware failure for more than an hour, we will make adjustment by crediting the prorated amount in the next month bill.
